Devise AI provides digital design, software engineering, AI solutions, and related consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or statements of work agreed upon between you and Devise AI.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Devise AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you under a project agreement will be transferred to you as agreed in that agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
7. Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
